Privacy
Privacy, & sign-in with Google.
Strommen Systems LLC runs this site and a small set of internal business tools. This page covers what we collect, why, and what happens to the Google account details used to sign in. Last updated October 25, 2026.
01 / Customers and enquiries
The customer side is covered on the policies page: we keep the name, contact details and shipping address needed to answer an enquiry or fill an order, payments run through eBay, PayPal or Venmo, and we never see card numbers. The site uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics as described there.
02 / Signing in with Google
Our internal tools (inventory, repair and listing management, and the people who work with us on them) use Google Sign-In through our own identity server. Only people we have invited can get in. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture with us. We ask for nothing else: no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
- We use these details only to recognise you, decide what you can see, and show your name next to the work you do.
- They are stored on servers we run ourselves, are never sold, and are never shared with anyone except as the law requires.
- We do not use them for advertising or to train AI models.
- Your account record is deleted when you stop working with us, or sooner if you ask.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account's third-party connections.
03 / Questions or deletion requests
