Used, Grade A-. Bench-tested: powers on, speed and time displays light fully, runs smoothly at multiple speeds with no walking or knocking, timer counts down and stops the platform. Run unloaded; RS-232 output, speed accuracy against a tachometer and pulse mode not tested. Light bench wear on housing and platform. Includes platform with 8 clamps, 4 posts and power cord. No manual, RS-232 cable or calibration certificate.
