Description
An Iwaki diaphragm air/vacuum pump that runs on a plain 24 V DC supply, so you can bench-prove it yourself without an instrument around it. Tested on both ports, which is more than any comparable listing offers.

- Tested good on both ports. Suction was confirmed at the intake, and the exhaust side was checked two ways and came back negative on both: airflow was felt at the outlet port, AND the vent tube was verified clear end to end by hand. Both halves of that check matter - on another module in this batch the restriction turned out to be inside the tube, where a port-only check would never have found it.
- Cosmetic
- Clean. The aluminium pump body and motor can show light handling marks from service life. Both labels are intact and fully legible and are photographed close up. The mounting plate and the black rubber isolator feet are sound. No cracks, no corrosion, no fluid staining.

- Vacuum level - not measured. 9.33 kPa is the nameplate rating, not my reading. · Flow rate - not measured. 0.8 L/min is the nameplate rating. · Long-run duty cycle, heat rise and noise over time - the pump was run briefly, not for hours. · Never run inside a complete degasser as part of a working system. · Diaphragm and valve condition, and remaining service life - not assessed, not opened. · Current draw was not metered; 0.25 A is the nameplate figure.
