- Powers on and runs. Front panel, keypad and display all respond, the instrument accepts settings across its full 9 kHz to 2.51 GHz range, and it reports its own type, serial, fitted options and firmware from the Utility menus.
- Cosmetic
- Honest working-instrument condition: surface staining and marks on the top cover, light scuffs to the case, and the plastic rack ears have yellowed with age. Rack ears present. Every photo is of the actual unit you will receive.

- Powers on; backlit LCD bright and even across the whole display · Front panel and keypad respond; menus navigate normally · Carrier set and displayed at 2 510.000000 MHz and RF level set to -140.0 dBm - both ends of the range accepted without error · Option 12 (SINAD) confirmed on the instrument's own Instrument Options screen · Hardware Status reports Instrument Type 2025, Serial 202301266 - matches the rear panel label · Software Status: Main SW v01.06 P/N 44533-472 dated 10/09/98; SINAD SW v01.01 P/N 44533-474 · All rear I/O connectors present and undamaged: FREQ STD IN-OUT, PULSE I/P (4FSK), TRIGGER (2FSK), RS232, IEEE 488.2 GPIB · Sweep function present in the Utility menu

- RF output has NOT been measured - it has not been on a spectrum analyzer or power meter. Output level accuracy, harmonics and frequency accuracy are unverified. · The step attenuator has NOT been range-tested. Attenuator faults are a known failure mode on instruments of this age and I have not ruled one out. · The SINAD function has NOT been exercised against a live signal - its presence is confirmed from the options screen and firmware only. · No calibration. Sold uncalibrated, with no certificate and no claim of conformance to published specification.
