- Functional
- Powers on. Both the deck and the control head come up when power is applied, and the display lights. The control head was photographed powered up so you can see the screen for yourself. No transmit, receive, audio, or alignment testing was performed beyond that power-on check.
- Cosmetic
- Used fleet-vehicle condition. Light scuffs on the deck housing and the control-head bezel. This deck wears the teal Harris badge rather than the silver one. A cosmetic badge variant, nothing more. The deck nameplate is photographed, though the mounting bracket covers the right-hand end of the label in that shot; I lifted the bracket and read it directly to confirm the model. Wants a wipe-down, nothing else.
- Tested
- Deck powered on 2026-08-27. Comes up with power applied · Control head powered on a bench supply and photographed. The display lights and every character is legible. The screen reads "WARNING! Lost MRU", which is simply the head reporting that no radio deck is attached: it was powered on its own for that photo, not wired to the deck. That is the expected message for a control head running standalone, not a fault. · Power cable present, intact, and mated to the deck · Harris hand mic attached on an intact coiled cord · Deck nameplate read directly off the unit to confirm model and serial · Speaker leads terminated in a 2-pin connector.
