Description
A standalone, bench-runnable diaphragm vacuum pump. It runs on a plain 24 V DC supply, so you can prove it on your own bench without an HPLC in front of you. Tested to the level described below and honestly noted.

- Functional
- Tested good. With 24 V DC applied the pump runs and pulls strong suction at the inlet, and the exhaust path was separately verified as unrestricted - both ports were directly tested, not inferred from one another. This pump was the part that cleared itself during the teardown of its source module: it was specifically checked and eliminated as the cause of that module's fault on 2026-09-15.
- Cosmetic
- Clean. The aluminium pump body shows light handling marks and a few scuffs from service life; both nameplate labels are intact and fully legible (photographed close up). The mounting plate and the rubber isolator feet are sound. No cracks, no corrosion, no fluid staining.

- Runs on 24 V DC through its captive 2-conductor lead. · Strong suction verified at the inlet port. · Exhaust path verified unrestricted - tested directly, as a separate check. · Both nameplate labels read and photographed: MODEL ERC-6210, MAX. VACUUM 6.0 kPa, VOLTAGE DC 24V, CURRENT 210mA, ERC INC. JAPAN, barcode 809A12023C. · Diaphragm head, integral tube loop and the mounting plate assembly are intact and fitted as photographed.

- Flow rate - not measured. No flow meter was put on it. · Actual vacuum level - not measured. 6.0 kPa is the nameplate rating, not my reading. · Long-run duty cycle, heat rise and noise over time - the pump was run briefly, not for hours. · Never run inside an HPLC degasser as part of a complete system. · Diaphragm and valve condition, and remaining service life - not assessed, not opened. · Which port is inlet and which is exhaust is not marked by me - both are photographed, identify them from the pictures and your own application. · Current draw was not metered; 210 mA is the nameplate figure.
