Description
A degasser main controller board that powers up and drives the pump on the bench. Sold as-is for parts or repair, with what was checked and what was not stated plainly.
Bench report
- Functional
- Powers up, drives the degasser pump, and runs its cycle logic. The vacuum-measurement, setpoint and shutoff functions were not exercised, so treat them as unproven. Everything else in the photographs is intact and as described.
- Cosmetic
- The board is clean and undamaged. No burnt components, no cracked or bulging capacitors, no corrosion, no visible reflow or repair work, no missing parts. Connector housings, switches and LEDs are all intact. The silkscreen and the barcode label are crisp and fully legible in the photographs.
- Not tested
- Vacuum measurement, setpoint and shutoff - not exercised on the bench. · RS-232 communication through SW1 and SW2 was not exercised. · No individual component was measured and no test point was probed.
