Description

A matched pair of degassing chamber assemblies that passed two separate tests each: flow paths verified clean, and the assembly verified to hold vacuum after removal. Most parts sellers can offer neither.

Bench report

Functional
Two tests, both passed, on each assembly. First, the flow paths were verified clean by capped-inlet isolation. Second, each assembly was verified to hold vacuum under a capped-port decay test after removal, with the flow paths left open - which also confirms the internal permeable tube is intact, because a cracked coil would vent the chamber straight out through the open flow path. That second test is what earns the word vacuum-tested here.
Cosmetic
Exterior condition only, which is all anyone can assess without opening them. Both housings are clean and undamaged - no cracks, no distortion, no damage to the barbed ports, fasteners all intact and the pair still bolted together as it came out. Barcode serial labels are crisp and fully legible in the photographs.
Tested
Flow paths verified clean by capped-inlet isolation - assembly MDB 25717. · Flow paths verified clean by capped-inlet isolation - assembly MDB 25716. · Assembly verified to hold vacuum under a capped-port decay test AFTER removal, with the flow paths left open - MDB 25717. · Assembly verified to hold vacuum under a capped-port decay test AFTER removal, with the flow paths left open - MDB 25716. · Because that test was run with the flow paths open, a cracked internal coil would have vented the chamber. Holding vacuum therefore also confirms the internal permeable tube is intact. · Both serial labels read and photographed: MDB 25717 and MDB 25716.
Not tested
Degassing performance / gas-transfer efficiency - NOT measured, on this or any module in this batch. · The housings have NOT been opened. The internal coils have never been seen, and nothing is claimed about the condition of the chamber interiors. · No flow rate, back-pressure or solvent-compatibility testing. · Not run in a receiving instrument after removal. · No residue analysis. Prior solvent history is unknown.
